Do you accept returns or refunds?

It is important that you open your order as soon as it arrives. Please notify us immediately if there are missing or damaged items. Reports of damaged/missing items must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless our product is faulty. Sistaco reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault caused by manufacture.

Any defects will be replaced as long as we have reasonable evidence such as a photo sent by email to sales@sistaco.com

 

I made an error when entering my details at checkout. 


Our fulfillment processes are automated and we do not have control how quickly an order goes through dispatch which makes it challenging for us to make changes in your details or in your order. 

However, we suggest that you let us know anyway and we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you (but there is no guarantee).

Please be advised that we are not liable for orders delivered to a wrong address if incorrect details are entered at checkout.

Pricing

Product pricing at Sistaco Pty Ltd, are set out on our website and may be updated from time to time. All pricing is shown in the local currency.

Will I pay taxes and duties for International Shipping?

We cannot guarantee shipments without duties and taxes, as this depends on your location and the value of your order.

You may incur extra charges payable once your order reaches customs.

Sistaco is not liable for these fees as they are subject to your government’s regulations.

Orders and Payment

Once you place an order with us, you are bound by the order unless where we state that the product is not in stock.

Delivery

Freight pricing is set out on our website and may be updated from time to time. Every effort is made to keep pricing at a minimum. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs of placement. An email will be sent from us with your tracking number as soon as dispatch takes place. Please ensure you make sure you have given the correct address as we will not be held responsible for any orders going missing.
